Terms of Service

Overview

Horizon Executive Transport LLC(“Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides executive transportation services in the Los Angeles area under CPUC charter-party carrier permit TCP 0049014-B. By submitting a transportation request through our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking and Confirmation

Submitting a transportation request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed booking. A reservation is not officially confirmed until:

  • Your request has been reviewed by Horizon
  • A quote has been provided and accepted
  • The required 50% deposit has been received

Horizon reserves the right to decline any transportation request based on availability, scheduling, or operational considerations.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as a quote based on the details of your transportation request. Final pricing may vary based on pickup location, destination, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, timing, and availability.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and is applied toward the total cost. The remaining balance can be paid online in advance, or by cash or card at pickup.

Cancellation Policy

More than 24 hours before pickup: Cancellations are eligible for a full deposit refund.

Within 24 hours of pickup: The deposit is non-refundable.

To cancel or modify a reservation, text Horizon at 323-366-0444.

No-Show Policy

Standard pickups: A 5-minute grace period begins at your scheduled pickup time. If you are not present and have not communicated a delay, the booking will be canceled and the full amount of the service may be charged.

Airport pickups: Horizon monitors your flight arrival and adjusts for delays at no additional charge. A reasonable wait time is included for baggage claim and terminal exit.

In all cases, Horizon will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided before departing.

Service Expectations

Horizon provides professional executive transportation. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and dropoff information
  • Be available at the scheduled pickup time or communicate delays promptly
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
  • Accept responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused during service

Wait Time

Extended wait times beyond the scheduled service may result in additional hourly charges.

Liability

Horizon carries commercial liability insurance as required by the CPUC for charter-party carriers. Horizon is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, airport operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
